ECS have met all of our IT needs and resolve all issues quickly, professionally and politely.
The move from one IT company over to ECS was very smooth and everybody noticed that IT issues were remedied quicker than previously.
Things are going really well now – everybody knows how to raise a case and I now get involved a lot less in site IT issues.
