ECS have provided our IT support for over four years and we have always found them professional and approachable. We have good relationships with both the engineers and our account manager and they all seem to know our system very well. This means we have confidence in the advice and support we are given and trust that they keep all of our data confidentially and secure.
During the lockdown, all of our IT infrastructure became remote working from our building which required a great deal of support which ECS were more than happy and capable of dealing with. During a time when they were also under pressure from lots of clients we were always made to feel important to them and our queries were dealt with very promptly.
