Unfortunately, as you are probably aware, Norfolk has entered Tier 4. We are happy to let you know that this will not affect services for either Business or Home customers.
ECS’s London Road store doors will remain shut in order to reduce the level of potential exposure to COVID-19 for both our staff and our customers.
We are still accepting repairs and upgrades at our store. Simply knock or call 01553 692727 when you arrive and a member of the team will collect your machine and discuss the issues you may be having. From there we will be able to offer our full range of services, as usual.
We ask that if you are bringing your device into us, that you attach a note with your contact details and a description of the problem your device is having. This will help our engineers promptly begin work on your device.
We will also continue to provide on-site Business support visits and at-home visits for our Home support customers. On-site proactive visits for Business customers are still possible but remote proactive visits are preferable at this time.
