- Due to current volatility within the global supply chain, prices and lead times for products not in-stock are subject to change without notice. ECS may request adjustments, suggest alternatives, or notify of updated pricing and/or lead times.
- All prices in the currency as noted on the quotation. (GBP £).
- When a quotation has been created, this has been made based on the current supplier stocks or stocks at ECS. This may change at any time after the quotation has been sent.
- An item noted as “non-returnable” in the quote is subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the quoted price of the product. This is generally for spare parts and special-order items such as manufacturer or supplier customised hardware.
- Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date unless specifically stated.
- Engineer Labour costs are always estimated in any quotation. Additional time will be charged at the same rate per hour as per price in the quotation. If ECS deem the labour hours to be significantly higher than originally planned, ECS will contact the customer before resuming work.
- By accepting the quotation, you accept you have read all specifications, products descriptions, and costings involved in the project. You will also have taken note of any stated custom terms of sale and notes on the quotation.
